Coding & RMA Specialist

• Inspect products for sales and after-sales orders and accurately record the results.
• Configure transceiver modules according to order requirements using approved software and predefined codes.
• Print and apply product labels and package products according to company procedures.
• Process individual and batch returns, including counting products, checking information and completing system records.
• Complete order, coding and RMA transactions accurately in the company’s ERP system.
• Handle the necessary Q&A  required for coding and RMA purposes
• Perform the quarterly inventory check task
• Work with Quality Control and other teams to investigate and resolve product issues.
• Participate in quarterly stock counts and carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.

• Experience in a warehouse, production, electronics, quality inspection or RMA role is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and able to learn product configuration and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a careful, efficient and responsible approach.
• Good practical, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
• Working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• A qualification in electronics, telecommunications, computer science or a related subject would be an advantage.
